Real Estate Banking Internship
The Real Estate Banking Summer Intern will work alongside senior and junior Real Estate Banking team members and will assist with origination, strategic planning, and execution of various assignments. The Intern will gain strong real estate financial analysis, underwriting, teamwork, and leadership skills through this experience.
The REB Analyst may support coverage teams in the following segments: Community Investment Capital, Home Builder Finance, Income Property Finance, or Real Estate Corporate Banking.
Geographic locations hiring for this posting will include Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Houston, and Tampa. The summer internship will be paid and last for approximately ten weeks. Candidates demonstrating Regions values, work ethic, and leadership will be given preference in consideration of full time Real Estate Banking Analyst positions.
Requirements
- Current college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field including, but not limited to
- Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, and/or Business Analytics
- Overall GPA of 3.0
- Technical skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong academic skills
- Critical thinking
- Leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
