Real Estate Valuation Analyst/ Appraiser Trainee

Real Estate Valuation company in Fairhope, Baldwin County, AL seeking qualified candidates for real estate valuation analyst- State Certified Appraiser Trainee. Our clients are divided between secondary market lenders that require traditional appraisals and Portfolio lenders requiring risk-based report alternatives. Desktop valuation analysis promises to be the future of real estate valuation. You will train extensively on the valuation process using our proprietary data platform/ report generator. Our process combines big data and Human intellect seeking increased efficiency and accuracy. Competitive Hourly compensation plus report production bonus to start. Our training program consists of 12-16 months on site at our HQ in Fairhope working alongside certified appraisers. Upon mastery of the required valuation concepts, you will opt to continue your career in Fairhope or pick a market to work remotely. There are no geographic limitations for postings within the US.
