Research and Financial Analyst

Description: 

We are seeking new analysts to join our brokerage immediately. Analysts will assist the brokerage with underwriting, financial and research driven analysis, and interact with the sales brokers on a daily basis. The culture is very fast paced, demanding, and goal driven. You will interact with highly successful sales brokers on a daily basis, including presenting to them your underwriting and analysis ideas in small group sessions weekly. The feedback you get from them, and from management, will be constructive and helpful, but also straightforward. So, humble confidence and a strong will to constantly become better is a definite requirement of this job.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with some type of research or financial analysis a strong plus
• A 4-year college degree is a requirement.
• Highly self-motivated person with the willingness to work and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• A good communicator who loves working with highly successful and demanding people
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite for learning new skills.
