Job Description:
The Commerical Real Estate Internship at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke is an immersive experience designed to provide students with hands-on exposure to the fast-paced world of CRE brokerage. Interns will acquire significant exposure and expertise in the extensive realm of commercial real estate leasing and sales brokerage. They will gain knowledge across various asset classes and collaborate closely with a dedicated brokerage team.
Preferred Skills:
Current undergraduate student majoring in commercial real estate, finance, business, marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks individually.
A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
