Job Description:
25 Capital Partners is seeking a part-time Real Estate Investment Intern to support its investment team through due diligence, market research, and portfolio analysis. The role provides hands-on experience in both debt and equity investments across multiple commercial real estate sectors including hospitality, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, data centers, and healthcare.
The intern will assist with financial modeling, analyzing debt instruments such as senior and mezzanine loans, CMBS, ABS, CDOs, and municipal bonds, and preparing investment summaries and portfolio surveillance reports. The position offers exposure to institutional-level underwriting and real estate capital markets.
This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Financial modeling experience preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Interest or background in commercial real estate and capital markets
• Experience with Bloomberg, CoStar, or similar research tools preferred
