Preferred Skills:
Acquisitions interns will assist with the valuation of office properties across domestic markets in a high- volume, fast-paced, and team-driven environment. The interns will be involved in underwriting potential acquisitions, providing financial analysis in support of negotiation decisions and due diligence, assisting in the preparation of investment memoranda for the firm’s Investment Committee, and analyzing current market conditions. The interns will also receive exposure to leasing and other portfolio management decisions and assist with dispositions of Beacon’s currently owned properties.
Prior real estate experience is not required. Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and an interest in taking on a wide variety of responsibilities are required. Excel experience is also highly valued.
