This position provides the opportunity to work closely with a small management team at a fast-growing company, backed by industry- leading financial partners, in a strongly performing real estate sector.
10-12 Week paid summer internship program between June and August 2026.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work directly with the acquisitions team to help evaluate industrial real estate investment opportunities, including assisting with research and analysis of potential target markets
• Support acquisition team in their preparation of financial models to evaluate potential new development or investment opportunities utilizing Argus Enterprise software and Microsoft Excel
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentation materials to investment committee, including the investment underwriting and current market-specific information (including comparable sale and lease transactions) by utilizing available research materials and local market contacts
• Preparation of other reporting to senior management and/or assist with special projects as needed by management
Preferred Skills:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program at an accredited college or university with an estimated graduation date of Fall 2026 or Spring 2027. Finance, Economics, Business, Architecture, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required
• Demonstrate interest in commercial real estate investment and asset management
• High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail and be reliable, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exhibit superior interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function both in a team-oriented setting and independently; Be professional, energetic and responsible
• Excellent research skills and aptitude to learn dynamics of markets/submarkets
• A growth mindset with the flexibility and openness to continue learning
