Job Description:
A Stonelake Summer Analyst plays an active role in all aspects of the acquisition and asset management of industrial, office, and multifamily real estate. This entrepreneurial role will directly contribute to investment underwriting, due diligence, buy-hold analyses, market research reports, and the exploration of new markets. Alongside the team of investment professionals, the Summer Analyst will learn the Stonelake approach to creating real estate value while exemplifying the highest levels of integrity and ethics.
Preferred Skills:
Passion for real estate and the creation of the built environment
• Ability to graduate on or before May 2027
• Analytical and strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and ARGUS (a plus)
• Track record of thriving in a fast-paced, intense work environment
• Exemplify the values of drive, ownership, resilience, and proactivity
• Willing to work in Dallas or Austin for Summer 2026
