Anne Goldman, CCIM, is a seasoned real estate development executive with extensive experience in the retail and restaurant industries. Currently serving in real estate development at Dave's Hot Chicken, Anne also operates Goldman Consulting LLC as Principal and Managing Director, providing strategic consulting and market analysis. Previous roles include Head of Real Estate Development for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Chief Development Officer at Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN, and Senior Director of Global Real Estate & Construction at Krispy Kreme, where significant projects and capital reinvestment were achieved. Anne's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal, Corporate Law from Meredith College.
