Transformational Tuesday: Dan McGowan

 

Dan McGowan is a commercial real estate professional with over 24 years of industry experience, specializing in strategic real estate consulting and tenant representation for local and global corporations across the technology, finance, legal, and engineering sectors. Throughout his career, he has facilitated over 10 million square feet of transactions spanning all 50 states and 12 countries.

Currently serving as Brokerage Lead for JLL's South Florida region, Dan is also a member of the Americas Brokerage Leadership Council, where he helps shape strategic direction for the firm's brokerage operations across the region and company.

Dan earned his degree in political science from the University of Alabama, where he currently serves on a leadership board for the university. His community involvement extends to his role as a member of the Miami-Dade Beacon Council Board, and actively supports various organizations focused on food assistance and youth mental health programs.

His industry excellence has been recognized through multiple Colorado NAIOP office broker of the year finalist selections, culminating in his 2019 award as the winner of this prestigious recognition.
