Transformational Tuesday - Greg Greene

Greg Greene is a commercial mortgage banker in the Capital Markets Group of CBRE. He is based in Dallas and specializes in financing large commercial properties, primarily office and industrial, nationwide. This includes a very significant number of medical buildings as well as a very substantial amount of single-tenant financing.

He and his business partner, Scott Lewis, lead a five-person CBRE team that sources and closes approximately $1.5 billion to $2 billion in commercial real estate financing annually. Their clients are primarily large institutions and large developers. He is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson's license, and frequently writes and speaks on capital markets topics.
