Job Description:
CLASS (Certified Leasing And Sales Specialists) is the first leasing company in the United States, founded in 1984. CLASS partners with multifamily property owners nationwide to provide high-performing leasing professionals during property start-ups and transitions.
This is a sales-focused leasing role where specialists travel to multifamily communities across the U.S. for 30–50 day onsite assignments. While onsite, you live in furnished housing provided by CLASS and focus exclusively on leasing activities—touring prospects, selling the property, and converting leads into applications. After each assignment, you receive 1–2 weeks of paid time off.
You will work on a variety of properties including Class A, B, and C communities, as well as student housing, senior living, affordable housing, and build-to-rent developments. This role offers unmatched exposure to different markets, property types, and management companies nationwide.
Compensation includes base salary, per diem, and uncapped commissions, making this an excellent opportunity for students or graduates interested in real estate, sales, and property leasing.
