This position provides the opportunity to work closely with a small management team at a fast-growing company, backed by industry- leading financial partners, in a strongly performing real estate sector. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Work directly with senior management to evaluate industrial real estate investment opportunities, including assisting with research and analysis of potential target markets • Create financial models to evaluate potential new development or investment opportunities utilizing Argus Enterprise software and Microsoft Excel • Prepare investment committee memos, including the investment underwriting and current market-specific information (including sales and lease comparables) by utilizing available research materials and local market contacts • Assist with due diligence for potential acquisitions (including property tours, rental rate analysis, review of contracts and leases, tenant financial analysis, preparing property budgets, auditing financial statements, coordinating consultants, etc.) • Assist in certain areas of asset management including leasing proposals and analysis • Preparation of other reporting to senior management and/or assist with special projects as needed by management
Preferred Skills:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting or a related field with strong academic record • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (including advanced formula and formatting) • Experience with Argus Software and CoStar preferred • Passion for real estate with previous experience in brokerage, real estate acquisitions, or real estate finance preferred • Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Exhibit superior interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills • Ability to function both in a team-oriented setting and independently; Be professional, energetic, responsible and reliable • Excellent research skills and aptitude to learn dynamics of markets/submarkets • A growth mindset with the flexibility and openness to continue learning, evolving and growing as an analyst SALARY / BENEFITS PACKAGE • Salary Range: $85,000 to $105,000 • Eligible for an annual incentive award • Group health plan, comprehensive dental plan and company contribution to employee HSAs • Paid life insurance plan, with supplemental options available for purchase • 401(k) plan with generous Company match • Paid time off for vacation, holidays and sick days; paid parental leave; paid volunteer time off; education reimbursement program; wellness reimbursement program; company match of employee’s charitable giving
