Job Description:
Assist in the leasing of retail and commercial properties within the portfolio.
· Conduct market studies and void analyses to identify tenant gaps and opportunities.
· Generate leads through cold calling, canvassing, broker outreach, and networking.
· Schedule and conduct property tours with prospective tenants and brokers.
· Prepare and maintain leasing materials including flyers, availability reports, and proposals.
· Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to ensure cohesive leasing efforts.
· Track leasing activity, maintain CRM databases, and report on pipeline progress.
· Support lease negotiations and coordinate with legal teams on lease documentation.
· Attend industry events and maintain relationships with local and national tenants.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
· Willing to get Real estate salesperson license
· Basic knowledge of the retail leasing industry
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software
· Excellent communication skills
